Report on the selection of project staf

Involvement of a person to carry out the project should start with the preparation of the Report of the selection of the project staff. 

The project manager prepares a Report and puts in it information on all persons performing tasks in the project (excluding the project manager).

The exception are:

  • projects financed from POWER, in which the project manager should be also included in the report,
  • projects financed from the National Science Center (NCN), in which a report on the competition commission meeting is created for persons involved in the scholarship and post-doc positions. This report replaces the Report on the selection of the project staff.

At each stage of the project implementation (e.g. in the case of a change of contractor, type of tasks performed), it is possible to create a complementary report for the selection of project staff.

The Report on the selection of personnel shall be signed by the project manager and the head of the unit responsible for the project implementation (Dean or a person responsible, according to the specifics of the unit).

The Report of the committee meeting on the decision - result of the contest for a scholarship or a post-doc position shall be signed by the project manager, members of the three-person competition commission and the head of the unit responsible for the project implementation (Dean or a person responsible, according to the specifics of the unit).

After obtaining the signatures, the Report should be submitted to the CAW
