The National Science Centre (NCN, Poland) Award is a distinciton conferred on young researchers for outstanding achievements in basic research conducted in Poland. The award goes back to 2013, and is bestowed in three categories:
- Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences,
- Life Sciences,
- Physical Sciences and Engineering.
Our congratulations to all laureates, among them the winner in the domain of Life Sciences, dr hab. Sebastian Glatt of Małopolska Centre of Biotechnology, Jagiellonian University.
The researchers have been presented statuettes on 6 October 2021 in the Gallery of 19th-Century Polish Art at the Kraków Cloth Hall.
