The Institute of Human Sciences (IWM) and the Polish Academy of Sciences invite you to the ERC Mentoring Initiative workshop.

The meeting will be held remotely on 2 and 3 July 2021.

The event is addressed to scientists representing social sciences and humanities who plan to apply for European Research Council (ERC) Starting and Consolidator grants, i.e. from 2 to 7 years and from 7 to 12 years after obtaining the PhD, respectively.

The meeting is devoted to refining the concept of the research idea that the scientist intends to present in the ERC project application. During the two-day series of meetings, participants will have the opportunity to present their research idea and consult it with invited mentors - panelists and ERC grant winners. 

Participation in the workshops is free of charge.

Based on the information provided in the application form, the PAS Office for Scientific Excellence will select 5 workshop participants.
