The National Science Center has announced the MINIATURA 2 call for individual scientific activities aimed at the implementation of basic research

Subject of the call for proposals:

Individual scientific activities for the implementation of basic research, including preliminary research, pilot studies, queries, scientific internships, scientific consultations, research or conference trips.

Place and deadline for submitting proposals:

The call for proposals is continuous and will last from April 17 to December 31, 2018. The application should be submitted in electronic form in the OSF system.

Internal regulations of the Jagiellonian University:

In accordance with the Jagiellonian University Rector’s Directive No. 56 on July 11, 2016 on the rules of procedure for the preparation and implementation at the JU of projects financed from external sources, the following rules for submitting documents are in force:

• a working version of the application sent in a PDF file to the address of the CAWP call supervisor  at least 10 days before the planned date of submitting the application;
• submission to the CAWP (in 1 copy) at least 5 days before the planned date of submitting the application:
  1. the final version of the application for financing the scientific activity, signed by the project manager and the head of the unit in which the project will be implemented (Dean of the Faculty or head of the unit),
  2. project registration form,

In order to guarantee the quality of submitted projects, especially in terms of meeting formal requirements, we encourage you to consult applications and submit documents to the CAWP in earlier dates than mentioned above.

Sending the application by the system is an irreversible operation, making it impossible to make subsequent changes. Therefore, the application in electronic form should be sent only after obtaining the signatures on the printed version. Information on the approval of the application by the JU authorities will be provided by the CAWP supervisor.
