Description of the call:
The call for research projects financed from the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014 – 2021. The GRIEG call is part of the Basic Research Programme operated by the National Science Centre under the EEA and Norway Grants and is prepared in cooperation with the Research Council of Norway. The programme has allocated €37.34 million for collaborative Polish-Norwegian research projects.

Submission procedure:
Proposals shall be filed electronically in English via the online submission system ZSUN/OSF
JU internal regulations:
In accordance with the Jagiellonian University Rector’s Directive No. 56 on July 11, 2016 on the rules of procedure for the preparation and implementation at the JU of projects financed from external sources, researchers interested in participating in the call should submit to the CAWP:
- until 14 October:
- working version of application with the required annexes (sent in a PDF file to the address of the CAWP call supervisors);
- Application Form for Research Project printed and signed signed by the applicant and by the Head of the Unit in which the project will be carried out;
- Assessment of VAT Eligibility Form printed and signed by the applicant;
- until 21 October:
- a final version of application with the required annexes, printed and signed by the applicant and the Head of the JU Unit (Dean or according to the specific characteristics of the unit) in which the project will be carried out;
- generated and printed from the OSF system, the document titled Confirmation of submitting the proposal under an NCN call by an authorised representative of the entity acting as the project’s host institution;
- generated and printed from the OSF system, the document titled Confirmation of submitting the proposal under an NCN call by the Principal Investigator (signed by the Principal Investigator).
Out of concern for the quality of submitted proposals we encourage you to consult applications and submit documents to the CAWP in earlier dates than mentioned above.
The application in electronic form should be sent only after signature on printed version and Confirmation of submitting the proposal under an NCN call by an authorised representative of the entity acting as the project’s host institution.
