Purpose of the call:

The aim of the NAWA PRELUDIUM BIS 1 programme is to support the international mobility of doctoral students by enabling them to complete internships abroad, related to the participation in research projects under the competition National Science Centre PRELUDIUM BIS 1 .

Internships abroad will enable PhD students to gain scientific experience in European and non-European academic or research centers and to establish international scientific cooperation. These activities will be synonymous with PRELUDIUM BIS 1 projects of National Science Centre (NCN).

Visits within the NAWA PRELUDIUM BIS 1 programme may last from 3 to 6 months. Financing within the programme covers the grantee's subsistence costs related to their stay in the host center abroad and a mobility allowance. In the case of scholarship holders with severe or moderate disability, the scholarship amount may be increased if a tutor participates in the trip.

To whom addressed:

An application for financing of a foreign internship may be submitted by a PhD student implementing a research project which was granted funding in the PRELUDIUM BIS 1 programme.

To apply you must:

1) register in the ICT system of the agency, available on the website   

2) send electronically through the agency's ICT System a completed application with required attachments.

Application Deadline:

The program's call for applications will run continuously from January 4, 2021 through December 10, 2024 at 3:00 p.m.
